Fundraising for the Richlands High School fieldhouse project took another step forward last week as CONSOL Energy and CNX Gas each contributed $1,000 to the project. The funds will be used with donations from other areas businesses and individuals to finish out the project and will go toward the purchase of lockers, weight equipment and media room equipment in the new fieldhouse. On hand for the presentation were Richlands High School Football Coach Greg Mance; CNX Gas Cardinal States Gathering Manager Bobby Berry; Richlands High School Fieldhouse Fundraising Committee Chairman Bob Nassif; Richlands High School Fieldhouse Fundraising Committee Treasurer Mary Ann Strong; and CONSOL Energy Buchanan Mine Superintendent Bill Meade.
